The contact had the vehicle inspected several times and the dealer always stated that they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who found that there was a problem with the tensioned strut bushing arm replaced on the vehicle on the vehicle. When the contact tried to order the parts needed from the dealer, the dealer stated that its on national backorder, they have over 4000 of these on backorder!. This issue happened on Mon., Jun. 28, 2010.
