The manufacturer was then notified and informed the contact that they were unsure of how to inform the dealer to remedy the failure. The ignition on our 2010 Chrysler town and country shuts off to the accessories mode for no apparent reason. It has done this when parked and and twice when I was exiting our driveway. We took it into the dealership but they can never replicate the situation and when they made a call to chryseler they stated it was made to work like that. This is a very unsafe issue that needs to be addressed before someone dies!!.
