Air conditioner isn't working properly. It does blow cool air but not cold. Il have digital climate control and when it works, it freezes me out but when this happens, which is happening on a daily basis. . . It will not get cold. The air it blows is the same whether my thermostat is set on 79 or 60. Not sure what is going on but I read a lot of complaints regarding the ac in the 2015 Dodge Caravan. I've already paid almost $400 to get the rear ac fixed. It wasn't blowing cold and the fan was going in and out. If there are this many complaints, you would think Chrysler would do something about it! I've tried checking my VIN and it's saying something about not being able to process it at this time and to contact my local dealership.

I purchased this vehicle new and so there was never any stickers inside/on/around the headrest. When removing it for cleaning/putting on seat covers, the air bag light came on. After taking it to the dealership, I was informed that there's a wire connected to the head rest and it is supposed to tilt forward in an accident. Now, this would be a great safety feature to have, but how can it be considered important and yet not have any sort of information about it. . . Except a tiny line somewhere in the manual. Seriously. . . When's the last time someone read a manual? (ok. . . Honestly I did years ago with my first car, but I lived in the country with no cable, no internet. . . No air conditioning in nc! I had nothing else to do, but that's not realistic!). Dodge is refusing to fix this as "it's listed in the manual". How can I have a safety sticker on my visor not to use the mirror while driving, but yet not have anything on something this important. . And this new. I've never had a vehicle before that you couldn't remove the headrest on and none of my friends had heard of this either!.

I had already sent info to dol (below) on 03 Caravan I from unlicensed dealer michael rankin. Please see complaint form inattachment -it's too long to add. They're in process of charging michael rankin on 12 counts for different vehicles sold, and asessing monetary fines. I have done transmission repairs to this postal fleet vehicle. According to experienced mechaniss at 32,300 miles the transmission had already been rebuilt -improperly. I'm complaining because I was stuck on fast moving arterial with leaking transmission (unsafe condition) because of improper repairs ,and could not move the vehicle in conjested traffic 1621-72nd st east, tacoma,wa 98404. Vehicle was stationary at that moment and at another different time when driving. This is the unsafe part. The mechanic charged me approximately $1500 and also told me it had transmission already rebuilt and (4) loose bolts on pump seal, also had a "pre owned" used? wrecking yard torque converter which was painted black indicating the rebuild ocurred. He also stated how the 2 front half shafts (axels) were worn out and I had to replace those, about $250. It has bad power steering pump-and groaning noises currently (unsafe condition) just like when I got it (32. 3k miles) vehicle has a bad air conditioner not unsafe. *I have jpeg photos and receips for parts, axels, transmission repair and fluid I had to buy to keep fluid in transmission. Please see attachment for complaint sent to washington dol , josh is the contact.

My air conditioning went on the car. My mechanic stated when trying to get the parts that 300 kits for this car were sold in one week. This made it difficult to fix the car as I had to wait two days for the parts to come in. He stated that the pipes were cheaply made causing them to fuse to the evaporator. It made it difficult for him to take apart. Also, 15,000 cars in the past year have had the same problem and there has been no recall on the vehicle. Can you please look into this? I have called Chrysler and am getting no where. I feel that there should be a recall on this vehicle with all the cars and kits that have been used in the past year.

While vehicle is in drive, the car will stall and the vehicle will shut down. Everything including radio, air conditioner and panel shuts down. This happens multiple times without warning. I then have to turn the key to off then restart. It mostly happens when vehicle is making a turn.

Air conditioning - only blows heat on the rear side of the van. Purchase August of 2015 and did not use the ac until summer of 2016 when I notice the problem. Took to the dealer and they fix it one. Call them to see what the problem was, but they have no record of the repair.
The check engine light has been going on and off randomly since the car was 3 months old. Purchased new. Told by a dealer in reno and a dealer in las vegas that it was nothing, they could not find a problem. Now after replacing the air conditioner condensor, and a new engine the whole body control module is going crazy. The whole panel goes on and off - abs light, engine check light, air bag light, etc, the speedometer gauges etc--sometimes they work other times they shut down. This is dangerous not knowing your correct speed or if there is a problem with the automobile. Both automatic sliding doors quit a year ago and the lock on the passenger slider door quit working.
