Electric Power Assist Steering System problem #2
Cpsc: i1320536a. 2008 Ford Escape. Consumer stated these cars have power steering control issues. The consumer stated the power steering control module, an integral part of the new electronic power assist steering system can malfunction without warning and the leave the driver without steering. This electric power assist steering system issue occurred Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013.
