The vehicle is a 2001 Mazda Mpv. Ignition key stuck and won't come out of ignition switch. I needed to replace all the column, a new battery, a new ignition system. . . . . . Thousand dollars. The dealerk is now notified. It was Jun. 21, 2004 when this ignition switch issue occurred.

The contact stated the vehicle was shut off and in the park position. As the contact exited, the vehicle began to roll backward until crashing into a tree.
