The vehicle was taken to carbone Subaru of troy (800 hoosick rd, troy, NY 12180, 518-312-4300) where it was diagnosed that the left hatchback support arm was fractured. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
