I own a 2016 Acura Ilx and recently discovered multiple federally mandated safety recalls affecting my vehicle, including a brake master cylinder recall, fuel pump recall, driveshaft separation recall, and takata airbag recall. I have owned this vehicle for over seven years and was never notified by mail or otherwise at my correct address that these safety recalls existed. One recall is currently active, but the dealership advised they cannot perform the repair due to parts unavailability until March, leaving me to operate a vehicle with a known brake-related safety defect. The remaining recalls are listed as not active, yet were never completed, and the dealer refused to perform them. I am concerned that required safety defects were not properly communicated or remedied, placing me and others at risk.

Power train issue the vehicle loses power while driving on the roads and highway. (I have a 1-year-old daughter) it has not been confirmed by a dealer/professional when I bought it in they can't diagnose without warning lights. The warning light were not on when I first brought it in a couple year ago, but the car still loses power frequently and now all the brakes system lights are on.
Drive shaft recall, and truck is jammed due to son sitting on it with his 3 friends smoking pot. The trunk has been jammed since 2017. I have reported it to carmax in garland.
Noticed loss of power, car would randomly go into limp mode while driving, I’d have to pull off to the side and restart the vehicle. Sometimes would hesitate or jerk. (this happened on the free way since I’m frequently on them) driveshaft feels likes it’s not performing 100%.
My 2017 Acura Ilx makes a loud clunk, and shifts extremely hard when coming or coasting to a stop. 1-2 gear seems to be the only time this issue arises. This issues creates startling reaction from the driver due to the loud clunk and force of the shift in gears, as well as loss of confidence in the vehicles ability to safely come stop without issues. Reproducing the issue is difficult because the issue usually occurs in traffic in 1-2 gears and test driving it around the block is not sufficient enough to experience hard shift/clunk. I was told it may be the rear differential bushing. Once they checked that, they were able to rule out the possible bushing issue. There are no codes being shown, and no other issues present before or clunk/jamming of the gears. This issue began 4-5 months after purchasing the vehicle from a Honda/Acura dealer washington in Dec 2020.

Vehicle was in motion and stopped on the highway access rode. The transmission/power train and gears were stripped and unable to move the car. The right axle was stripped. The left back tire was a defect and tire split. I have to pay for a tire within 15k miles and the power train, gear, transmission and right axle went out less than 8 months of owning the car. American Honda CO and vangergriff Acura fail to replacement the car or buy me out the contract. The defects were known by american Honda CO. And vangergriff Honda in arlington, TX. There are been several incidents known and they still sold the car to me with acknowledging that this a problem with nurmerous vehicles they sold and are selling. The Honda motor CO. And ncds failed to send experienced personnel with mechanic backgrounds to address the matter and denied my claim.
Takarta airbag. I have no information that the airbag in my car was fixed. I am also having problems with my car's power. It moves so slow when pulling off. I have also had problems with my driver's side window. You can hear wind and what appears to be a plastic sound when you get up to speeds over 20 miles per hour. I have gotten notification that my car has a recall on the airbags and the lights are defective. I do not trust macchurchill because I have been deceived by this company. Please help. 0909.
