On xxx, carvana delivered the 2023 Acura Integra (VIN: [xxx]). Immediate post-delivery inspection by an authorized repair facility confirmed the vehicle was delivered with four severely worn, defective tires measuring below legal safety thresholds, along with a severe alignment defect. Impact on vehicle control & public safety delivering a vehicle with dangerously worn tires and severe alignment issues directly compromises basic vehicle safety and highway operation: hydroplaning & braking failure: tires worn past safe limits lack water evacuation channels, causing loss of control and extended stopping distances in wet conditions. Tire failure risk: operating tires past wear indicators dramatically increases the risk of high-speed tread separation or sudden blowout. Handling degradation: the severe alignment defect impairs emergency evasive steering and causes unpredictable vehicle pulling. Dealer certification failure carvana explicitly represented this vehicle as having passed a mandatory "150-point inspection" and certified it as roadworthy. Delivering a vehicle with four non-compliant tires demonstrates a major breakdown in basic safety quality control. I request that NHTSA log this complaint, assign an official tracking number, and investigate commercial dealer compliance regarding tire safety standards prior to vehicle delivery. On Sunday, June 7th at around 1330, the sunroof spontaneously exploded outward while driving in amarillo, TX. Was driving at highway speed, 60mph on I-27. No overpass above and no cars in front. Was around 95 degrees and sunny outside. Loud explosion inside of car, then sounds of glass going on top of roof and back deck of car. Driver of car did not swerve but immediately braked and pulled to side of highway but did cause immediate distress. Passenger in car also was extremely distressed when loud noise occurred. Car behind us saw black glass go upward and out ward with glass landing on their car which caused then to immediately slow down on highway. We were fortunate to have the inside sliding panel closed when this occurred protecting the occupants from immediately glass and possible injuries.

My car’s amplifier died. Now they’re trying to charge me like $2,000. I check online. Other people reported the same complaint coming with heavy price to fix it. Plus if they did replace the amplifier, it’s not granted that it won’t died in 1-3 years again.

Car completely shuts off pulling into traffic randomly while still rolling. Car completely shuts off randomly while in reverse and continues to roll until brake is used. Dealership cannot diagnose problem. The car is presenting a very dangerous hazard while rolling into traffic randomly and while in reverse.

The brakes squeak and squeal loudly when the car is cold and reversing. I took it to the Acura dealership that I bought it from to get it looked at. They were able to reproduce the sound and said the sound was coming from the vsa (vehicle stability assist) . They compared it to a "known good vehicle" and said it made the same noise. Essentially the dealer said all cars of similar make and model have this issue and make this noise so no repairs were done or necessary. See attached document.

A drunk driver ran into the back of my car as soon as the light turned green. I just release my break and h9t hit going about 70mph. The airbags never went off at such a great impact. The car was totaled.

When in reverse the passenger mirror dips to give a better view of the curb. Once the vehicle is taken out of reverse the mirror does not return to the original position. I have had the vehicle in the dealership and they say they cannot reproduce the error. I have brought it in with the mirror in the dipped position. I have shown them videos of the mirror as it dips and then as it fails to return to the original position.

The calibration for the blind spot is off, it detects there’s a vehicle in the blind spot and beeps when I try to change lanes although the vehicle is clearly behind my vehicle and is safe to change lanes. Another issue is that on the dash when I change songs sometimes on apple carplay it freezes, it plays a song but the title of the song is the previous song that was playing.

Was driving on highway when the sun roof exploded. Was able to pull over at nearest exit. Called nearest dealer and was told to drive it to dealership where purchased which was around 150 miles away. The glass fell on all occupants of the vehicle but fortunately no one was hurt.

The rear camera view that shows lines to assist in parking and taking the car out of the parking is so much misaligned that resulted my car hitting my garage when taking it out . Acura needs to address this to prevent the damages it can cause to the adjacent cars and properties.

Vehicle only has 6,000 miles and I have an “emissions system problem” along with “rev match disabled” message on my dash. Engine is now performing at a lower power level. Nothing out of the ordinary occurred before this. No error codes prior.

There is a separation from the windshield and the a frame on the drivers side. The car has been in multiple times and the service department cannot fix the problem because they claim it is a manufacturers defect. American Honda is saying that because it is "a manufacturing defect", they are not obligated to fix it and there is no fix available and I have no recourse.
