There is a squeaky sound from where the seatbelt anchors to the car in the driver’s seat. It mainly sounds like the right side, however, it can be heard when leaning to the left(away from the shift nob). You have to have the seatbelt on while driving, to hear the sound. I’ve taken the vehicle 4 times and thought it was the seat, however, I still hear the sound and only hear it while driving with the seatbelt on. The steering wheel is also starting to slightly stick. I have to apply force to turn and nothing will happen, then it will move in cm increments, not smoothly as it did prior to 10,000 miles.

Unknown accident involving direct hit to driver side door with no air bag deployment. Body shop estimator stated no codes were recorded, which is not normal. Also stated that seat belts did not lock, also not normal.
Rear middle seat belt gets stuck wont release. Dealer reported other vehicles doing the same.
The electric seatbelt on the drivers side no longer retracts. Its stuck in the downward position. Took it to the Acura dealership in peoria, az and I was told its not their problem to fix. . Yet I have read all over the internet that Acura will fix for the life of the car. This is a major issue! if I get seriously injured or die is Acura going to pay for my medical bills or my funeral since they were negligent in making sure something as a safety issue really works!!!! the seatbelt they made electric should be covered under full warranty since they made unsafe seatbelts that save lives!!!!!!! I believe this needs to be fixed ASAP. According to this site and google this is a major issue Acura is ignoring since they created the seatbelt yet don't want to fix it! how is it the owner of the cars responsibility if they make a safety feature that doesn't even last the length of the vehicle! I will never buy Acura or encourage anyone to buy from a maker who doesn't care about human safety!!!! disgusting!!!.
I purchased my Integra in 2012 with 75,000 miles and to this day the passenger seat belt has come undone multiple time. This is very dangerous I thought at first it was being caused by a seat cover but after removing the seat cover it continues to happen.

The passenger side front seat belt buckle comes undone on its own. This has occurred with multiple passengers (~5) over the last several years (2003-2010). The reported date on this incident is the date of last occurrence. The first few times it happened, no records were kept because it wasn't obvious that the issue was a one-off incident due to incorrectly inserting the buckle. Each time, the belt buckle made an affirmative clicking sound when inserted, but gets undone own its own while driving. When it comes undone, a faint clicking sound can be heard, followed by the latch withdrawing slowly. The problem cannot be reproduced by latching and unlatching the buckle, and Acura does refuses to replace the buckle.
Drivers seat belt activates inappropriately. The belt is too tight and does not relax when attempting to check traffic when merging. Driver unhook belt to check for safe clearance.
