While driving on the highway, the vehicle would apply brakes seconds before the vsa light and triangle light shows up. Both lights will stay on until the engine is shut off and restarted. This has occurred numerous times and getting louder and the braking much more pronounced. If roads are slippery the vehicle would skid. Dealer first blamed it on some sensor fluid. After spending over $400 they now think its the yaw sensor. I strongly do not think they know how to fix it. This is a safety issue. This problem started more than a year ago.
Inadvertent braking, especially without illumination of the brake lights. After the braking due alone, the vsa light will be on. This is the exactly same problem as the recall Acura has made to Acura Mdx 2005/2006 (the name of this recall vsa ecu malfunction. This problems happen like 2 time in the city streets, whit my hole family in the SUV for me. Know I have to put the hole pedal down and just have any break.
While driving, my car's anti-lock brakes engage and my vsa idiot light goes on simutaneously without any warning. I am not trying to brake when this happens. It does it all by itself every time I drive the car now. Speed doesn't matter. I am worried I can not maintain control on icy roads.
