Side/window Air Bag problems of the 2014 Acura MDX

Tl- the contact owns a 2014 Acura Mdx. The contact stated that while driving about 30 mph on a snowy day, at an intersection, the vehicle sled across the intersection and crashed into a guard rail. The failure impacted the front driver's side but only the passenger side air bags deployed. The police was not at the scene but the contact was able to drive to the police station close by and filed a police re report. The front passenger sustained a minor injury that did not require a medical attention. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but advised that the vehicle was in good shape.
