Uneven tire wear, cupping/feathering, diagnosed by dealer in June 2022, tires rotated to reduce noise, did not help, thumping getting worse, tire size p 235 / 55 r 19, uneven wear makes it dangerous to drive affecting both me and my passengers, no warning lights just noticeable road noise.

Tire Tread/belt problem #2

While traveling on the interstate during the earl morning of may 2, 2025 for roughly 40 miles, the center part of the tread came off completely, causing about $6000 in damage to our vehicle. Even after the tread came off, the tire stayed inflated. The tire had been on the vehilce for about 3 months with approximately 2000 miles on it. The police came to secure the scene while the emergency repair service changed the tire. No police report was made and there were no injuries.
