The contact owns a 2014 Acura Rlx . The contact stated that while driving at 35mph and making a left turn, the steering wheel became stiff. The contact also stated that the vehicle started to fishtail and the brake, twc, abs and more warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear toe control actuator failed. The vehicle was not repaired due to the dealer informing it was not a safety issue. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and told the contact that its not a safety concern. The failure mileage was 40,000.
