Two problems related to front seat belt retractor have been reported for the 1999 Acura TL. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Drivers seat belt would not retract, making it useless. It has been replaced.
In a crash driver's seatbelt did not retract, causing the driver to hit the windshield and sustain injuries. However, passenger's seatbelt worked accordingly. Please provide further information.
