Acura is combining target markets for approach to safety, best value for high end car, upper-end demographics. For a price of over $28,000, vehicle should be be flawless. Let the buyer beware. Consumer product safety commission should issue a recall.

2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 01/04/2002

While in motion, consumer was involved in a collision. The air bags failed to deploy at the time of the incident.

3 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 08/06/2000

Consumer was involved in a 40 mph frontal collision in which frontal driver/ passenger and side air bags did not deploy. Side air bag warning light illuminated, indicating a malfunction.

4 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 01/14/2000

Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision and driver's airbag did not deploy, resulting in minor chest injuries. Manufacturer will be notified.
