Vehicle Shudder problems of the 2007 Acura TL

The contact owns a 2007 Acura Tl type-s. The contact stated that the vehicle would make a grinding noise when shifting into reverse gear and within a few minutes, the vehicle would shift out of third gear on its warning while driving. The failure occurred on an intermittent basis. He took the vehicle to the dealer. The manual transmission was rebuilt twice but the failure has continued to occur. He took the vehicle to another dealer who stated that they could not offer him any assistance because there was nothing wrong. The vehicle had not been repaired again when the complaint was filed. He called the manufacturer and he was told that they could not offer him any assistance until the failure could be duplicated. The current mileage was approximately 27,500. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.
