Tl-the contact owns a 2007 Acura Tl. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the air bag warning light illuminated. In addition, "air bag system may not function properly, please contact your local dealer'' was displayed across the message board. However, the contact had previously noticed a fracture on the dashboard around where the passenger's side air bag was located. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who diagnosed that the dashboard needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 80,000.
