Child Seat problem #1

Baby trend, inc. Expedition elx travel system. Model: tj93412. Manufactured 06 24 2012 hh, lot & qty 31810809, ser#: cs 413181tj000809. One or both of the plastic locking paws that lock the seat to the base, have a tendancy to stay in the retracted position once the seat is removed from the base. The paws are designed to retract when the handle is pulled, releasing the car seat from the base. The problem is easily corrected by taking your finger and pulling the paw out of the retracted position, prior to putting the seat in the base. If this problem goes unnoticed the seat would not be properly locked into the base.

Child Seat problem #2

1. This 2005 Acura Tl has been taken care of by the dealership for every major and non major fix, including paying the outrageous $125 for oil changes. Just after my warranty expired the dashboard began to crack around the passanger side air bag. I am worried that my dashboard and airbag plate are not safe to drive with. Currently there are 6-7 cracks roughly 8"-16" long. Acura told me there is nothing they can do except charge me $1500 to replace the dash.
