Body problems of the 2015 Acura TLX

The contact owns a 2015 Acura Tlx. The contact stated that their vehicle's rear windshield had rust on their vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to dealer who diagnosed that the rear wind shield needed to be repaired. The vehicle had not been completed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that they were not covered under any warranty, service bulletin or recall. The approximate failure mileage was 51,000.

My sunroof spontaneously shattered while driving down the highway, dropping shards of broken glass all over me.

Tl- the contact owns a 2015 Acura Tlx 2015. The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 mph the glass sunroof suddenly exploded. The cause of the failure was not determined. The contact indicated that the failure occurred on a clear day with weather temperatures of 60 degrees. The local dealer serramonte Acura(475 serramonte blvd cola CA) was notified. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 80,000 . Jft.

Spontaneous explosion of the sunroof.

Vehicle has a vibration that shakes passenger seat between 65-75 mph. Seems to be a safety issue and occurs every time the vehicle is at the speed listed.

I just turned on to the highway, and there was not a car around me. I started to accelerate and then there was a huge sound, almost like a gun shot. I immediately pulled over and noticed that my sunroof was complete shattered with a gaping hole in the middle of it. I was completely dumbfounded because I wasn't underneath a bridge or anything other than the clear blue sky. There were no cars around me to say an object hit it either. Just completely shattered for no reason. The best part is that Acura refuses to replace the sunroof when this is clearly a manufacturer default. They claim that there is no way for them to verify that it wasn't caused by an object hitting it. I'm hoping more people report this issue so the sunroof can be recalled because not only is this complete bs. It is very dangerous. If the sunroof shade wasn't closed, I would have had class shards all over the car and myself that could have landed in my eye and caused injury or even worse and accident.
