2 Front Seat Head Restraint problem

Failure Date: 01/16/2017

The contact owns a 2017 (na) Acura Tlx. The contact stated that the headrest on the driver seat was designed to point forward and down, which caused the driver to have lower back and neck pain and numbness to the legs. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 1,600.
