Seats Problems of Acura TLX

Acura service bulletin b18-014 (NHTSA TSB #10135108) the repeated failure of the driver’s power seat height-adjustment mechanism due to stripped internal gears in the vertical transmission assembly (vta), as identified in Acura service bulletin b18-014, presents a significant safety concern. A failure of the driver’s seat adjustment mechanism can prevent the driver from maintaining a proper and secure seating position, potentially impairing visibility, access to the pedals and steering wheel, and the ability to safely control the vehicle. Because Honda/Acura has documented this failure and identified a specific repair procedure, I believe the defect warrants investigation by NHTSA and consideration for a safety recall rather than leaving affected owners responsible for repairs. Despite the Acura bulletin and recommended repairs, marysville Honda in ohio is recommending a $5700 repair bill inconsistent with the Acura bulletin.

Drivers seat trim has broken 3 times, and is now causing the seat to come apart from the entire trim around the seat.

On my 2016 Acura Tlx I have a problem with the seat plastic trim that breaks every other year and for multiple other owners it happens every 9 months. This is a big problem when you want to adjust the seat you can put your fingers in the whole and cut your fingers. I am outraged why no recall is done by this point where multiple owners have this problem starting 2015 untill 2019 from what I see on multiple forums and I have the link to all those forums if needed. I went to Acura dealership and they fixed at no cost when the car was in warranty but now my car is not in warranty and they do not want to fix it for less than $460. I am not paying $460 for a fake premium car when this is not my fault but a design flaw because they placed a metal piece right under the plastic trim. Please help me if you can or direct me to someone that can help.

Purchased a brand new vehicle in September'15 and since day one I have been experiencing vibrations during highway commute. The car has been serviced 5 times so far the vibration has actually been made far worse then what they used to be. The seats, the seat buckle, even my child car seat vibrates/shakes when driving. The vibration can be felt all over the body when driving. The vibration is soo bad now, that the car is unsafe to drive on a highway.
