Tire size 225/55r17. - sidewall separation on the inside portion of two tires (unable to identify from looking at tires on vehicle, this could go unnoticed by the driver). No tires were removed from Acura. I do have photos of this safety hazard. - tires could have blown out while driving and a crash occurring injuring driver or other vehicles on the road. After seeing the tire separation they technicians advised not to drive car vehicle safety hazard. - unknown if problem was able to be reproduced. - tire was not inspected by any representative only Acura dealership technicians. - yes, there were symptoms, when driving at low speeds under 20 mph a squeaky noise was heard, as speed increased the noise was more frequent.

255/r40 passenger front and rear tires sustained cuts/slashes on the inside walls. Front was more severe and went flat immediately. The other went flat the following day. Subsequently, saw that my Tlx may have had tire issues from the manufacturer. I didn’t know this at the time and when I called the dealer, they offered no assistance. Repairs cost almost $900 for two new tires at firestone.
