Bumper problems of the 2005 Acura TSX

The rear bumper was discolored and the Acura dealership, sterling mccall Acura, advised me that it was my imagination. Later when the bumper pealed off and some of the original paint was showing through they had no choice but to fix the car. The claim at 4k miles there was a little fender bender, but I'm doubtful that is the truth. The rear doors don't close right and squeak as if its had a rear end collision. I complained to the bbb, Acura client services (no help) and sterling mccall themselves. They simply slapped on more paint and now its pealing again!.
