The contact stated that while driving at any speed the vehicle oil light illuminated and stayed on; the vehicle consumed approximately one half quart every thousand miles. The contact stated that there was a recall for oil consumption if the vehicle consumed at least one quart every one thousand miles. However, his vehicle was not included in the recall.
