Power Steering Light On problems of the 2013 Acura TSX

Power steering light started flashing when I turn on the car this morning, steering wheel hard to turn.

Steering locked up and power steering light came on dashboard. Turned off the engine, restarted, it was ok. It happened again and extremely difficult to turn the steering. Real safety hazard.
