Acura Tsx 2009 - mileage 3949 - purchased car less than 6 months before. On the freeway, left front door window shattered. I did not hear or see anything hit the window. Dealer said it could not happen on it's own. I do not agree.

My Acura Tsx 2004 has an issue with the air conditioning and fan. The fan no longer blows air and is not able to blow air on the windows in order to DE-fog it when the weather is cold. There was major difficulty in driving and could have caused accidents if I had not pulled to the side and cleaned the windows every 10 minutes. And now that it is summer, the temperatures in the car reach above 110 degrees f because I live in las vegas. There are many other consumers with the problem with this specific model/year. .
