One problem related to fail to accelerate has been reported for the 2004 Audi A3. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Car will totally fail to accelerate. Pressing the gas to the floor results in almost no movement. This happens after hitting the brakes and then the gas, usually during routing traffic or an avoidance maneuver. This will get someone (me) killed.
