12/5/02 vehicle taken to palisades Audi for 48,000/3 year maintenance service and tire rotation. 1/28/03 while traveling straight ahead at approximately 25 mph on uphill city street, vehicle suddenly pulled to the right and was unable to steer. When vehicle stopped found tire, suspension, ball joint, control arm, etc. On right front had totally disconnected from vehicle. Vehicle deemed totaled by central mutual insurance CO.
