Used dealership claimed they did the recall for 18v229/ recall numeber 19n4 and software updated but they said they did the recall for the pump but not update. So I need someone to look into this for my own safety. And the steering wheel locks on me they are supposed to be replacing something on the shaft. However I don't know for sure.
