Ignition Coil Spark Plugs problems of the 2016 Audi A6

The contact owns a 2016 Audi A6. The stated that on several occasions the vehicle would shake and failed to accelerate without warning. The contact then stated while driving, he heard a strange noise coming from unknown location. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the spark plugs, and fuel rails needed to be replaced. The spark plugs were replaced however, the fuel rails were not replaced. The dealer was notified of the failure and scheduled an appointment and informed the contact of prior recalls that were completed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that there were no recalls. The failure mileage was 70,240.
