Tl- the contact owns an 2013 Audi A6. The contact was backing out of the driveway and when attempting to turn left out of the vehicle would not turn. The contact pulled back into the driveway and turned the vehicle off then restarted the vehicle the was a warning light illuminated do not drive vehicle steering failure. The contact shut off the vehicle and called the dealer and the manufacturer and he called roadside assistance the vehicle was towed to the dealership and the diagnosis stated c10ae13 electrical mechanical power steering module failed. The power steering control module and the steering gear failed j500 must be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 30400. Am.
