Bought a 2017 Audi A8l with 51700 miles, from mike erdman Nissan in coco beach florida, it had front grill damage and when you try to use the cruise control message comes on dash acc and brake guard disabled, I told dealership they first said theyd fix it but I had to talk to the lender first then theyd fix I talked to the lender now they are refusing to fix it, I never signed anything saying no warranty, nothing was never said about warranty, but was told but eric the salesman that he was going yo have it fixed.

Part #: 4h0907217fx which is a windshield camera has stopped working and Audi has no solution to repair it. I have been without cruise control, abs error codes for 2 years. Please help.

So I purchased a vehicle from wright drive in el paso, texas. I was driving home back to alamogordo which is 90 miles away, maybe 80 I realized there was no adaptive cruise control. So I messaged dealership. They told me that there was nothing they could do. It's not a safety issue. I got the vehicle home the next day. I found out the whole front suspension was bad. I kept hearing a noise when I would drive over bumps and it was really loud. I contacted the dealership, told them that the suspension was bad. They told me to take it to Audi to have them look at it. It came out to like $8,000 worth of repairs. They told me they would not pay that and I could return the vehicle for a full refund. I told them okay. I would be there in 3 days because I was working. They said that was fine. I get there 3 days later they told me that was no longer an option. So I got stuck with the car that needed $8,000 worth of repairs and then another four for more suspension parts. New breaks the 3,000 to fix the adaptive cruise control. I understand the adaptive cruise control is not really a big deal but the fact that they lied about me being able to return the vehicle and now I'm stuck with the vehicle thing that I've paid more fixing a suspension then the car is even worth. I'm a single father with two kids. I cannot afford to keep paying for a car that they should have taken back to begin with because it's illegal to sell a vehicle that has saved the issues.

Vehicle engine would suddenly stop working, warning, "drive system malfunction: stop vehicle safely. " it has happened 3 times within 3 days in the middle of the intersection. Dealers wouldn't take this issue seriously and they asked me to make an appointment online, which is scheduled to be 1 month away. The issue almost caused an accident twice. Adaptive cruise is also malfunctioning, engine random misfire, sunroof rattle, etc. This car is just so problematic it only has 20,000 miles on it and had scheduled maintenance performed just a month back.

The rear view mirror on my car fell off of the windshield without warning. As a result,I nearly backed into a lady and her granddaughter in a senior living facility and a woman pushing a shopping cart at the supermarket. My adaptive cruise control isn't working nor is the sunroof. Th rain sensor and headlights have also been compromised. The manufacturer hasn't inspected it. My insurance company has looked at it, but won't cover it. The rear view mirror has the eyes behind me for the last 28 years. It's second nature to me,so to take my eyes off of the road to check my side/blind spots,an actual blind spot exists behind me. There's too many variables that can come into play with life altering results. Please help me with this issue as I have exhausted all of my resources.
