The contact owns a 2004 Audi Allroad 4. 2(na). While coming to a stop and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle continued to move forward. The rpms increased rapidly and the contact rear ended the vehicle in front. One person was injured. The vehicle was not inspected or repaired. The contact planned to write the manufacturer. On Aug. 09 2014 comming to a stop I applied the brakes. All of a suuden the engine started to accelerate uncontrolable trying to move the car forward. I pressed the brakes as hard as I could and I stoped the car after I hit the car in front when I was able to turn the ignition key off. This sudden unintended acceleration malfunction also happened on Jan. 29, 2006 and Jan. 30, 2011, also reported to NHTSA at those times. It is a life safety issue and should be addressed a. S. A. P. The manufacturer refuse to take any action.
