The contact stated that while her daughter was reversing at an undisclosed speed, the horn had inadvertently activated and the contact had to disconnect the clock spring fuse to deactivate the horn. Additionally, the steering wheel made clicking noises while making turns. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the clock spring needed to be replaced.
