We were transferred from chicago to germany at the end of 2014 and as the Audi recall for the airbag and fuel flange were now available we scheduled the vehicle for service on 11/12 Jan 2017. The dealer had the recalls in the system and printed them out as a service order for repair. On 12th January the dealer called and said Audi ag would not authorize the repairs. I called again today 13 Feb 2017 and the dealers service representative daniel carr said they would not authorize and that the dealer has no way of ordering the parts without Audi ag and that I should contact an american dealership in the us.
