Gasoline Fuel System problem #1

The contact owns a 2012 Audi Q5. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the fuel injection intake valve needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The oil warning light, the eps warning light, tipm warning, and the check engine warning light were illuminated. The vehicle was taken back to the independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the fuel intake valve and the oil pan needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 104,000.
