When coming to a stop or accelerating away from a stop the rear suspension making a clicking/clunking sound from both the right and left sides of the vehicle. The manufacturer has looked into the issue 3 times, the first two agreeing there was a problem but I the third visit they are now saying the issue is normal. The noise comes from the forward rear sub-frame bushing which were replaced on 11/13/2017 but has since returned. The concern is the vehicle is unsafe to drive.
Few days ago, I was driving the car( usually my wife is driving it) stopped to a stop light, actually I tried to stop, but, the car was still moving. At the same time, I noticed a very high engine revs, and the car was moving, even with me pressing hard the breaks. Luckily, we got green light, and nothing major happened. But, the worst part is that, I noticed, above the front wheels, some suspension components, parts, nuts, at only 5 mm or less. Is right above the front wheels. It is not on the side, as supposed to be. The clearance between that part and the wheels should be a lot more. To me, is not safe at all. There is a recall about it? it safe to drive? to me looks not.
