1 Automatic Transmission problem

The contact owns a 2017 Audi Q7. The contact stated that while making a turn in either direction at a low rate of speed, the vehicle would vibrate/shake without warning. The contact had taken the vehicle to a dealer where they informed him that the failure was caused by tension between front and rear differentials and that the failure was comfort related. The dealer linked the failure to TSB#2059129. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure and was given the same information as the dealer. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 75,000. Consumer did not attempt to use website to file complaint.
