general problems of the 2001 Audi Quattro

Problems with goodyear wrangler f1 tires on 2001 Audi allroad.

Tire cracking, separating at seams and loosing air. Reported problem to perilli and they were uninterested. At this time only one tire is flat. I fear the other three will also crack and separate . All the tires are from the same series. After I finally got perelli to replace 1 tire it is now two weeks and the tire is still not arrived at craven tires. ( this is where perelli instructed me to go) I have had to rent a car while my car sits with a flat. I do not believe my defective tires are an isolated problem.
