One problem related to horn assembly has been reported for the 2002 Audi Quattro. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle was traveling at 50 mph when all of all sudden it would not accelerate when the driver pressed on the accelerator pedal. Manufacturer was contacted for a similar event months earlier by consumer and tested, but the cause was undetermined. At 2700 rpm the engine died. When releasing the gas pedal engine may or may not start moving. The check engine light keeps illuminating and there is intermittent back fire. Dealer replaced a number of parts related to the engine. Lighter not working. Connection to the lighter plug was repaired. The horn is very low. Debris cleared from the horn. Wipers streaking. Worn wiper blades replaced. Power steering pump replaced.
