The lower control arm failed. Consumer was in reverse and heard a pop. The lower control arm snapped. The wheel turned in. Consumer spokenwith Audi America. However, they will not do anything to help.
Prior to recall the vehicle spun out of control in emergency braking, causing accident and major damage to the vehicle (99v-300). Yh.
