1 Instrument Panel Failure problem

The contact owns a 2001 Audi Tt quattro. The contact stated that the fuel gauge displayed inaccurate readings. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and they discovered that the instrument panel was failing and needed to be replaced. The current mileage was 65,000 and failure mileage was 58,000.

2 Instrument Panel Failure problem

Failure Date: 08/15/2007

2001 Audi Tt quattro instrument panel began to fail about at about 45,000 miles. Currently at 62,000 miles. Panel continues to get worse. Can no longer read any warning messages, etc. Did receive a notice regarding a class action suit that would provide free replacement, but found out from dealer that it does not apply to 2001 Tt since it is beyond the seven year limit of the class action suit.

3 Instrument Panel Failure problem

Failure Date: 01/01/1901

2001 Audi Tt with instrument panel failure. Consumer states that the instrument panel gauges are not working. He also states that the instrument cluster failure has started affecting the operation of the vehicle. The temperature gauge no longer functioned. The consumer stated there was no way to know the level of fuel in the vehicle. The speedometer and tachometer also failed.
