Front Suspension Control Arm Problems of Audi TT

- the contact has a 2000 Audi Tt quattro with an odometer reading of 47000 miles. The contact was driving at 35 mph under snowy and wet conditions when there was a loud snapping sound. The contact stated that he continued to drive and he noticed that the vehicle became hard to steer and that he felt the vehicle suspension driving very ruff. He got out of the vehicle and noticed that the rear control arm had broken. The contact found recall (01v325000) suspension:rear, which was the cause of the failure. The contact called the dealer (the Audi exchanged) who said that the recall repair had been done to the vehicle. The contact then called the manufacturer and they stated that the recall had been done and there has no more help that they can offer. The consumer was informed the vehicle would repaired at no charge. Updated 02/22/07.

While driving consumer continuously hears a loud noise. Front control arm had a crack in it. Continuously took the vehilce to the dealer. There was recall number 14512 01 v 325 000. Please provide any further information.
