Electronic Stability Control problem #1

My ac unit on my car was ramping up, like it was hot. I received a notice from BMW that there was a recall and that the ac unit wiring was faulty, could spark fire. Took my BMW to local shop was told it was the ac wiring and that it blew out my blower motor, that I had to replace it or it would be cause vehicle to catch on fire. However, the nsta and BMW recall was not in place that I would have to pay out of pocket for the repair and go back to BMW to have the repair done. I was unable to pay for the additional repairs so paid a portion of it, with the intent to wait until the recall was at the dealership. A few months later same issue ac unit running hot, took car in explained that the car had recall, if they could give me refund since the BMW customer corporation stated the repair was refundable. Until today, the BMW dealership who is authorized to make direct payments has not and I don't know what else to do. They are scamming me out of money when the repair was a recall and it caused my blower motor to burn out.

Electronic Stability Control problem #2

I was unaware of the previous defect notices about the frame / body having a weak spot and was driving at 40 mph when my rear shock and the part that holds the shock in place went through the metal frame ripping the metal away and allowing the shock to puncture through the frame just below the trunk area and the car was then inoperable. I was quoted a price for repair of 6500 and was informed of the 2005/2006 lawsuit where BMW was sued for this defect and repaired some cars for a year after the lawsuit ended but this was prior to my purchase of the vehicle and when I contacted BMW of no America headquarters, they asked me to take the car to the nearest BMW dealer and have them do a diagnosis which I immediately did and that cost was over $10k of which BMW offered to pay only 20%. I then took it to another BMW mechanic who repaired it for $3000 and BMW will not pay any part of the bill because it was not done at a dealership, I do not understand how BMW can get away with a defect like this and so many cars affected by it and not have to repair it at their cost? it is their defect.

Electronic Stability Control problem #3

Control display that the electric circuit, license plate light, brake circuit, has failed. On my dashboard the following lights are airbag, check engine, brake pad wear, abs, and the asc+t lights are illuminated at all times. Nothing happened to my car, no wreck, no quick stops, I am an extremely cautious driver. All these things start to occur out of no where,.
