One problem related to automatic transmission column shift has been reported for the 2004 BMW 325. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Contact states while in reverse the vehicle would not accelerate. The contact feels that the service dealer did not repair the vehicle. The service dealer stated there was a recall on this vehicle, but the contact did not receive a recall notice in the mail concerning transmission failure. The service dealer stated that recall repairs were done twice on this vehicle.
