Two problems related to turn signal have been reported for the 2006 BMW 325. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tl-the contact owns a 2006 BMW 325i. The contact stated that while the reverse lights would not illuminate while reversing. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign id number: 11v438000 (exterior lighting:turn signal) and took the vehicle to the dealer. The dealer advised the contact that his vehicle year was not included in the recall campaign. In addition, the dealer advised that the frm module needed to be replaced due to a wiring malfunctioning. The failure mileage was 135,000. Kmj.
Purchased used 2006 BMW 325i Nov 2009. Condensation left front headlight. June - July 2010 took car in to replace left front turn signal which received notice on. Sept 2010 turn signal out again 2 months later. Advised the headlight assembly needed to be replaced. Have read other posting online for the same problem. Dealer refuses to fix ask for out of pocket of $ 500+ to correct problem .
