One problem related to tail light switch has been reported for the 2013 BMW 328. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tail light carrier burned. I had changed tail light bulbs several times. But they keep burning out. I even got a ticket for broken tail light. I believe this is an issue with the car and should be considered a defect and recalled/repaired.
