Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2014 BMW 328

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? + airbag failed to deploy in head-on collision how was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? + due to failure, driver sustained mild concussion when head hit steering wheel and put at risk of life threatening injury and impairment has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? + unknown; however, no recall or warnings have been communicated has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? + unknown were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? + no, none, never.

To avoid a head on collision, I was forced off road. When I moved out of the way I immediately applied the breaks which then took some time to respond as if it was blocked or as if I didnt press the pedal. By the time I felt some sort of stopping tension I was put into a pole. Airbags did not deploy.

I have had 4 car crashed quit this vehicle and neither time have the airbags deploy and I have became injured from the car crashes in my airbags never deployed, I can't hit a car from the front I have been hit from the back and neither airbags have deployed even a passenger got in on the site and that are back did not deploy either. BMW 328xi was t-boned by Toyota highlander on driver's side of BMW. High impact with substantial damage and bodily injury. BMW airbags failed to deploy.

Tl- the contact contact owns a 2014 BMW 328xi. The contact stated while driving 15- 25 mph driving north bound,another vehicle made a right turn while runing a red light. The vehicle crashed into the contact's driver door. The air bags did not deploy. The contact substain injuries to lost teeth, left side of the contact face, jaw and left phone. The contact needed dental and plastic surgury to correct the damage. The contact was transported to an emergancy room. A police report was filed. The dealer and manufacturer were made aware of the failure. The manufacturer had the vehicle since the accident date and has not release or disclosed information to the contact. The contact does not know if the vehicle is repaired or destroyed because the manufacturer will release information. The failure mileage was 2000. Az.
