Tl-the contact owns a 2010 BMW 335d. The contact stated that while driving at 5 mph, the brake pedal was depressed but the vehicle accelerated independently. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a pole and a building and the air bags failed to deploy. The contact did not sustain any injuries that required medical attention.
