I have a 2010 BMW 328i. The brake pedal and the gas pedal are too close together. When engaging the brake, my foot comes in contact with the accelerator and I am afraid that this may lead to an accident. I took the vehicle in for service and the dealership said there was nothing they could do. I have had other BMW's and have not had this issue. I also have a 2009 escalade and this is not an issue on this vehicle.

Vehicle started making strange noises from the rear suspension while driving. Took it to a mechanic who confirmed this was the subframe of the car tearing away from the unibody. He also stated that this is a frequent occurrence in the e46 and e36 BMW model vehicles and has seen it before. Went online to several resources and confirmed there are many owners who experienced the same problem with their subframe tearing, cracking, or complete torn away.
BMW 325 I have experienced so many problems with my 325ci BMW, I bought the car in November, the car is not even 1 year old and I have taken to service four times already. My car is a 2002 and at this moment it has 10,660 miles. The car has a major computer problem. My abs seems to be malfunctioning as well as my emergency brake, and to make matters worse the transmission has been reprogramed and pieces are coming off in the inside. I have taken the car to service the past three weeks for the the computer and the body. Lucky BMW does have great service and I havent had to pay for a single repair. But I would really like to file a lemon law on the car because I know the problems with the car will never stop.

The engine of my car shut off, and upon being towed to the dealer, they got back to me to say that the engine failed as a result of drivers error from a downshift from 4th to 2nd. The dealer said that this was identified by the car's computer system. However, after talking to many mechanics, I have been instructed that this problem could never have been identified by a car's computer, and this was just an out for the manufacturer and dealer. I am not satisfied with their answer, and am looking for a way to protest their decision. For right now, I was stuck paying for the total bill which exceeded $6000.
